When I set up my first serious board I only had one truck in mind: Independent 169 Stage V's. Over the years I've ridden Ventures and Thunders (still ride the Thunders) and now I've been given some Indy 139 Stage 9's to try. I have them on an 8" SouthStar blank and they turn pretty good but I still prefer the Thunders. Maybe I need some 129 Lows.
I have Indy 101's on my freestyle board and turning isn't really an issue.

I'm a bit sick of the Indy lifestyle hype crap - tats and all - fair play though: I have the Converse All Star logos tattooed on my ankles!

Anyhow, there's a whole bunch of movies of Indy team riders talking about why they're the best...
